These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and rajbee (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at rajbee.net. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the rajbee platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the rajbee platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

rajbee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rajbee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the registered email address or via a notice displayed on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current version of the Terms before each session.

Use of the rajbee platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. rajbee operates a strict 18+ policy. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or participate in any activity on the platform.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.

rajbee reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal processing delays.

To access the full range of rajbee products and services, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) rajbee account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must notify rajbee promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting support.

• You must not register using a false name, a name other than your own legal name, or information that does not belong to you.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy server, or any technical means to disguise your true location at the time of registration or during play.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you have authorised that activity.
• rajbee reserves the right to close any account that was registered using false or misleading information, without prior notice.

rajbee may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before permitting your first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address. rajbee will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.

All monetary transactions on the rajbee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). rajbee supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be made available or removed at rajbee's discretion from time to time; the current list of supported methods is displayed on the rajbee deposits page.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though daily and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player via the responsible gaming tools in their account settings. Deposits are credited to your rajbee wallet within seconds of the mobile wallet transaction being confirmed.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This anti-money laundering control is mandatory and cannot be waived. Most withdrawals to mobile wallets are completed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks at rajbee's discretion, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• rajbee does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside rajbee's control.
• rajbee reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected. In such cases, rajbee will notify you as soon as it is legally permissible to do so.

rajbee may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus rules that apply to all rajbee promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Game contribution: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Check individual promotion terms for specifics.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is ৳500, unless the promotion specifies a different limit. Bets above this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

• Abuse: rajbee reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or making deliberately low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements.

rajbee reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event a promotion is cancelled, any outstanding wagering requirements will be waived and any remaining bonus balance forfeited.

The rajbee sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting across a wide range of sports, with a primary focus on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test matches, and all bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. All sports betting activity is subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: rajbee reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager. Odds may be displayed in decimal format.
• Match abandonment: If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or voided before the minimum number of overs or periods required for a result to stand, bets will be settled according to the sport-specific rules published on the rajbee platform.

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one rajbee account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.

rajbee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruption; computer damage or system failure; or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

• rajbee does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• rajbee is not responsible for the content, quality, or availability of third-party game content provided by its game suppliers.
• rajbee is not responsible for losses arising from the actions of third parties, including mobile network outages, payment processor delays, or government-imposed access restrictions.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Dispute resolution process: If you have a complaint or dispute in connection with your use of the rajbee platform, you should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting rajbee's customer support team at [email protected], setting out the nature of your complaint clearly. rajbee will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with rajbee's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter via the contact details provided in the support team's response. rajbee is committed to fair outcomes in all player disputes and takes its obligation to resolve complaints promptly and transparently seriously.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
